In this episode, Trav and Alex get the pleasure of interviewing a different kind or runner. Tara recently completed all 24 races at the festival of 5k's, the Pemberton 24. That's right. She ran 24 5K races in one day. We ask her about that experience, how running as a hobby began for her, as well as what she eats and how she trains.
